MA, MFTC — Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate

About Shirazeh Rogers
Shirazeh is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate moments in life that feel confusing, overwhelming, or stuck. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC), she views challenges through a relational lens, recognizing that our experiences are often shaped by the connections we have with ourselves and those around us. Whether someone is hoping to break old patterns, deepen their understanding of relationships or family dynamics, heal long-standing wounds, or reconnect with their authentic self, Shirazeh strives to move at a pace that feels safe, steady, and empowering. She offers both virtual and in-person sessions to residents across Colorado.
She works with a wide range of concerns, including relationship conflict, ADHD (supporting both children and adults), low self-esteem, family tension, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Drawing from her training in the Gottman Method, she helps couples strengthen their friendship, improve communication, navigate conflict with greater understanding, and build deeper meaning and connection in their relationships.
Shirazeh is committed to creating a therapeutic space grounded in respect, curiosity, and collaboration—one where clients feel genuinely understood, supported, and encouraged to explore what matters most to them. While providing warmth and empathy, she also gently challenges patterns that may no longer serve her clients, fostering insight, growth, and lasting change.
Shirazeh considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients with compassion, honesty, and hope as they build healthier relationships, discover new perspectives, and move toward greater well-being.
