About Holly Marks
Holly Marks adopts a person-centered approach that honors each individual’s unique values, experiences, and cultural background. She empowers clients through mindfulness, strength-based, and somatic-informed approaches, helping them become aware of their emotions, celebrate their strengths, and develop skills to navigate life’s challenges. Holly supports clients in cultivating self-compassion, insight, self-confidence, and the awareness to find balance within their nervous system.
Holly works with adolescents, adults, and couples, providing a safe, supportive environment where clients can be vulnerable, honest, and empowered to grow. She also offers Prepare/Enrich premarital counseling, helping couples strengthen communication, deepen connection, and build a strong foundation for marriage. She draws on her extensive teaching experience—mentoring children and adolescents for over 15 years—to understand developmental challenges and provide guidance that is both practical and emotionally attuned.
Outside of therapy, Holly enjoys climbing 14ers, long-distance backpacking, photography, theatre, and raising her Beagle puppy with her partner, Scott.
