— Master’s Level Intern

About Fiona Fox
Fiona is a master’s-level intern pursuing her M.A. in Couples and Family Therapy at the University of Colorado Denver. She has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families as they deepen their understanding of themselves and one another.
Fiona believes that each voice in the therapy room deserves to be heard. She thoughtfully considers emotions, beliefs, identities, and lived experiences to better understand the unique perspective each person brings. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel respected, supported, and genuinely understood.
She takes a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy, working alongside clients to explore past experiences and create meaningful direction for the present and future. Fiona supports clients navigating relational concerns, grief, self-discovery, and the complexities of healing. She values growth while also recognizing and celebrating strengths, believing that moments of joy are an important part of the therapeutic process.
Outside of the office, Fiona enjoys reading, playing board and video games, taking pictures of her cats, and learning to sew.
